With so many of us overweight or obese these days, there are a lot of people looking for the best way to lose weight fast. What is it, though? Fully two thirds of the country today is fighting the battle of the bulge, and losing. More and more of us are overweight and obese every year, and it doesn't appear to be a trend that's going to stop anytime soon.
